Diana Waldrep - Principal  dwaldrep@crossroadsbaptist.com

Mrs. Waldrep has been the principal at Crossroads Baptist School for the past six years. Before that, she taught kindergarten and first grade. She graduated from Valdosta State University with a degree in Communication and Language Disorders and earned her leadership degree from Georgia Southern University. Mrs. Waldrep is married to Travis. Together, they have four children: Lawson, Reese, Collier, and Merritt. 

Sandra Barnes - Assistant Principal sbarnes@crossroadsbaptist.com

The 2024-2025 school year was Mrs. Barnes's first year as assistant principal at Crossroads Baptist School. Before this school year, Mrs. Barnes worked in Lowndes County Schools for 25 years. Mrs. Barnes graduated from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and a Master's in Special Education. She earned her Education Specialist's degree from Nova Southeastern University. Mrs. Barnes is married to Jason. Together, they have two sons, Nathan, who is married to Meghan, and Caleb.
